The 1% Rule
I'm guessing you have some things you want to improve in your life - am I right?
Perhaps you want to lose 20 lbs... or start reading more. Maybe you want to start eating healthier. There is so much stuff to do! You just don't know where to start. It all seems to hard - and quite frankly - daunting.
Well, there's something I try to apply everyday in my life. It's called the 1% Rule. If you do something - ANYTHING - 1% better every single day, you'll be kicking some butt in no time.
So start today. Do something really small. One small act that'll get you one step closer to your goal. Whatever that may be.
The List
Below, you will find a list of suggestions for you to implement right away.
We will be updating this list frequently. So check often. 🙂
You can also sign-up to receive a (really) short e-mail with a daily tip on how to make your day that much better.
Be Healthier
- If you're having dessert, share it (or just eat half of it).
- Add 2 lbs to your benchpress or any other excercise.
- Have a green smoothie as a mid-day snack.
- Use less dressing on your salad.
- Don't finish your plate.
- Eat an apple for dessert.
- Chew your food for 20 bites before swallowing.
- Do 10 push-ups (or sit-ups) right after you wake up.
Be Happier
- Call your mother and tell her you love her.
- Call your best friend and tell him how much he means to you.
- Donate 10$ to charity.
- Hug somebody dear to you. Hold it for a little longer.
- Create a Success Jar.
